WHAT IS IT?
The XOi system is a Field Reporting system that instantly sends a Field report and shows your customer's information about site and equipment issues through video, photographic, audio and text descriptions.

The XOI system enables M&E Technicians to carry out an equipment Health Check, Record equipment Failures and Issues Instantly via Video, Photo and Written description and then send these directly to the customer with a quotation either direct from the APP or via 3rd Party Field Management Systems.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. The Technician carries out an equipment repair or service.
2. Any extra work required will be captured on video, photo, audio and text for the customer's attention.
3. The system sends an email from site to the customer with a link to the report and a quote.
4. The technician shows and explains any work that he recommends needs doing.
5. If the customer wants to proceed, they can simply authorise the job there and then.
Customers can click on a text or Email and instantly see the Video/Audio recording and authorise work needed on their M&E Equipment, from their computer or mobile device.
Work can be approved and the technician can carry out any necessary remedial work without the need for a return visit.

GENERATE INSTANT QUOTES FROM SITE
The Technician has the ability to generate an estimate for any extra work directly from the APP which can be included as part of the report.
The customer can then see what any extra work will cost and be able to give instant approval.
