WHAT IS IT?

The SMART FUTURE TECH IoT system is an early warning system connected to key items of M&E Equipment that instantly notifies stakeholders of impending failures, so they can be fixed before they fail.

Special sensors attach to critical items of equipment - which if could cause major problems if they leak or fail, such as:

  • Boilers

  • Air Con Units

  • Hot Water systems

  • Fridges, & Freezers

  • Commercial Kitchen equipment

  • Water Leaks

  • Gas Leaks

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. The Technician carries out an equipment repair or service.

2. Any extra work required will be captured on video, photo, audio and text for the customer's attention.

3. The system sends an email from site to the customer with a link to the report and a quote.

4. The technician shows and explains any work that he recommends needs doing.

5. If the customer wants to proceed, they can simply authorise the job there and then.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

The SMART FUTURE TECH IoT system constantly checks the status of equipment. When systems operate outside of the pre-agreed parameters, alerts are sent to contractors and customers notifying them of the issues.

They can then check what the issues are by remotely logging in and determine what the issues are. Decisions can then be made as to the next course of action.
